BEPENSA professionalizes its trucking operation with APEX simulators

Seeking more efficient logistics results and a lower accident rate, BEPENSA is acquiring a mobile training unit equipped with APEX simulators to train drivers across the 23 states where it operates.

Operational and logistics modernization for driver training

Seeking more efficient logistics results and a lower accident rate, BEPENSA will acquire a mobile training unit equipped with APEX simulators.

The mobile unit's simulators will serve both to develop new drivers and to train experienced ones, with courses of at least 40 hours per year — using the simulator to train through risk situations and factors and measure response times in scenarios that would be impossible to practice in real life.

Bepensa as a workplace has given me many opportunities. I started in a very junior role and have received constant training — that's what has helped me grow.

The mobile simulation training unit and how it serves every sector

BEPENSA currently operates in 23 Mexican states — a footprint that keeps growing every year thanks to its excellent work and commitment. With its mobile training unit, BEPENSA plans to take training everywhere it operates, reaching more drivers and extending professionalization across its entire fleet.

The simulator includes cloud-based software with advanced reporting and telemetry that builds a comparison matrix and ranks drivers by operator type. Evaluations can be accessed in real time from headquarters, and biometric (fingerprint) sign-in prevents identity fraud by trainees and instructors.
